Pretty awesome technology from the old pillar/well builders. Also we finally see that Noridun indeed has a port (Koris mentioned “stone ships”) even if it in the middle of mountains. Also I think that I spotted the library and the well dome: almost to the very centre of the last panel, somewhat to the right of the middle mountain ridge, more or less where middle white rib and the outer circle intersect, just under the two rightmost long piers.
I wasn’t sure because from some other panels it looked like that behind the library and the well done, on the opposite side from the square with the repaired statue of Hadol, there was a mountain.
I think that the “bullseye” is just part of the the control surface for the Noridun barrier.
I am referring to the one that ovelays the foot of the middle mountain of the middle ridge. The same “bullseye” is depicted less clearly on every quarter of the barrier dome, like top left near the solitary mountain between water and land.
Nice mysterious “bullseye” appears.
I’m guessing we are seeing where she needs to go, or where she will be going next.
That said she appears to be falling outside the “bubble” like one of the old scrolls suggests.

Yep! Good eyes :).
